At the core of everything lies a few simple but ironclad rules. They cannot be bypassed, and they are always in force. It's like the laws of physics, but for conscience.
The inviolability of a person. No one has the right to humiliate, torture, or kill another. Human dignity is sacred.
Truth is the foundation of trust. Lying for personal gain is unacceptable. But there is one narrow exception: if the truth directly threatens the life of an innocent, you may remain silent or tell a falsehood to save them.
Force is only for protection. Force can be used only as a last resort, to stop evil, and only to the extent necessary to stop it, not to take revenge.
Mercy follows justice. First, justice must be restored, ensuring that evil is stopped, and only then can mercy be shown. Forgiveness does not cancel consequences.
We are guardians, not owners. We temporarily use everything we have: money, power, nature. Therefore, we must manage it wisely and pass it on to the next generation in order.
How it works in life
Above these rules, there is another layer — practical principles. They help apply the main rules in complex situations.
Think with your head, not emotions. Before doing anything, ask yourself: "What should I do?", "What will be the consequences?", "What will be right?". And only then act.
Solve problems at your level. Do not run for help to the "top" if you can handle it yourself or negotiate on the spot. Higher management is needed only for the biggest problems.
Be able to listen and speak. The most important skill. If you argue, first honestly understand and voice the other person's position, and only then express your own. This immediately removes unnecessary aggression.
Verify information. In a world full of lies, our duty is to be slow to spread news and quick to verify it. Do not make yourself a free megaphone for someone's manipulations.
Rest is not a luxury. Regularly resting, disconnecting from the race — is a necessity for a sound mind and a kind heart. An exhausted person cannot be good.
Beauty matters. Strive to do things beautifully — whether it's your work, your home, or your words. Beauty is a sign of respect for yourself and others. But remember: a beautiful wrapper should not hide bad content.
No one should be left behind. A true community is strong because it has room for everyone: the elderly, people with disabilities, newcomers. They need not pity, but the opportunity to be heard and participate equally with everyone.
In short:
This system is about being strong, but not cruel; merciful, but not weak; smart, but not cunning. It reminds us that we are all responsible for each other, and that the best way to live is to live conscientiously, thinking about the consequences of our actions for others.
